I have no positive comments about this apartment complex. Very unhelpful and unprofessional staff. One month into my lease, my apartment flooded and they had no empathy for inconveniencing me for 3 weeks while they did repairs. Then two months before my lease ended I had cockroaches in my apartment!! They fumigated twice but they were still there by time I had left. Instead of fumigating the entire building to be proactive, they only did mine which did not solve the problem. The staff are completely rude and unprofessional. I work in customer service myself and I would never treat my customers the way I was treated. Even with the most difficult customer, you put a smile on and handle the situation with professionalism. The staff acted annoyed with me and it looked like every resident I saw come in. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here. Unbelievably disappointed with my time here. I wish I wouldn't have wasted a years worth of rent on a terrible apartment complex like this one
