I just moved to Las Vegas and purchased a home. The home had an existing ADT alarm system but it was pretty bare bones and didn't have a control panel in the second floor master bedroom. I called ADT to get a quote to upgrade the system and add a control panel upstairs. ADT gave a very expensive quote and told me they couldn't add the control panel upstairs.
I contacted my HOA and they told me several people in my community were using Shield. I gave Shield a call. They quoted me a price to install a much nicer unit that met all of my specifications including a control panel in the master bedroom. Best of all, Shield's price was less than what ADT wanted to add on to the current system.
Shield came out, the Technician was great, answered all my questions, did the install and explained how to use the system. Everything works great and Shield did everything they said they would.
I would highly recommend Shield.
