Probably the best beer in Pittsburgh. I attended a beer hike with Venture Outdoors and then our group took a tour of the brewery. They took time to explain the beer making process and they showed all the ingredients and tools that went into producing the beer. We tasted lots of great beer and all of our questions were answered in a very helpful way.
It's a Green Brewery, so everything is recycled or reused. Remember to take your growler to get refilled.
There's a coffee bar in the corner as you walk in. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a huge fan of Snow Melt and their Pale Ale.
I really liked the other location, but absolutely LOVE the new location. They have a broader range of their beers of tap and the building is a lot more comfortable.
