I called Jencor based on a referral from another company that had great reviews. I asked them for an estimate for sprinkler system repairs and trimming/yard clean up. They came out very quickly to give me an estimate for my sprinkler system repair. The estimate I was given sounded like a fair price for the sprinkler system which I was most concerned with. They failed to give me an estimate for the trimming/yard clean up. I went ahead and scheduled them to come out later that same week for the sprinkler system. They did not show up and after calling them several times I got a lame a excuse.
Beings that it was getting close to the holidays I didn't think I would be able to quickly get anyone else and they promised they could be out in 2 days. So I decided to give them another shot. My mistake! They didn't show up yet again.
At this point I was flying out the next day for the holidays and they promised they could come out the next day. When I got back to town 2 weeks later they still had not shown up. They never call to tell you why they don't show up as scheduled.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone after my poor experience with them. Not to mention that I was never able to get an estimate for the yard cleanup!
