I've been waiting for an hour to get called in. it's ridiculous! My appointment was at 10:30 and it's now 11:26. They have horrible time management service! I have other stuff to do too I can't just wait all day for an orthodontist appointment. If you're the kind of person who gets annoyed easily if having to wait THAT long, I would highly recommend you not to choose bright now dental. The orthodontists are good, but the office itself is just terrible! This happens EVERY time I go for my appointment. it's not even considered an appointment if I have to wait an extra 2 HOURS!!!!! Worst dental office ever, DON'T GO HERE!!!
