I happened upon the reviews for Advanced Family Medicine while I was trying to find their phone number so I could follow up with their office regarding some of my prescriptions. I was shocked to see the poor reviews. My personal opinion is that Dr. Sbaih is an excellent doctor. She has always taken good care of me and made sure I had the treatment I needed (if needed) to get better. I have to say she has had some challenges in the area of staff but I have seen a big difference in the last year or so after she instituted some changes. Her staff is on top of everything now. Yes, sometimes mistakes happen but that is to be expected. We are all human. And, yes, her office is busy but I generally expect that as well and I have seen a big difference in waiting times in the last couple times I'd visited (reduced waiting times). I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr. Sameera Sbaih.
