Brought my 09 Santa Fe for regular maintenance and they told me I had an oil leak, which I had not noticed as there wasn't any oil spots in my garage. I told them to replace the oil pan gasket which they had determined to be the cause of the leak. Long story short, about 3 months later I started noticing oil drips in my garage. I decided to take the vehicle to another shop as my gut told me not to go back to them. Low and behold, we discovered that Meinake had never actually replaced the gasket, they simply loosened the oil pan and squirted a bunch of silicone in to stop the leak. In my opinion, this is not only dishonest but probably illegal. You cannot charge someone for a repair that you did not perform. Not to mention, now I am paying someone else to perform this simple repair the right way. These guys are shady! Go somewhere else!
