I bought a groupon at this place for b-12 injections. I was so excited to use them! I called the main line listed on their website to see if I would be able to come in after work for just the b-12 shot since I wasn't doing a Dr. consultation or anything I wasn't sure if the new patient appointment would take as long. Him and I must have had a misunderstanding because he agreed I could. When I went in after the work the girl at the front desk asked me of I actually read the group on and if I would had read it I would know I was way too late. She continued on and was downright rude and degrading. She humiliated me in front of everyone in the waiting room. I called to file a complaint and was told well... she was right. I agreed and mentioned that I am understanding of the hours I just didn't agree with the treatment I received. She received no repercussions and I looked like a fool again. I don't normally write reviews but I am so upset about how rude and unprofessional this staff is. I REFUSE to give them any business and would advise others to do the same unless you want to deal with unpleasant people.
