We have a finished basement at home and with all the snow melting lately we noticed water splotches on our drywall it was going from the ceiling to the floor behind our couch and getting the carpet wet!
So we needed to get someone to come out and take care of the water and as we have kids at home with asthma and our basement is used as there playroom we wanted to make sure no mould would grow.
We searched on line and came across Canada Restoration Services, we contacted them and got called back within 5 min ! the response was so quick ! we spoke to someone who said they were going to send out a team to deal with the water immediately in order to prevent as much damage as possible.
So they came within 30 min amazing ! they removed all the water and carpet we also had to get rid of the couch as it had gotten wet and they cut out the affected drywall and found the source of the leak !! it was such a professional company from start to finish they even helped us with the insurance company as it was a claim.
It was a pleasure working with Alex and Chen they did a great job.
Even the reconstruction part was smooth as they have a department for that too.
I would recommend this company to anyone !!
