Disappointed can be the only word for my past experience. The last few times at the spa have just okay but it appears they are now completely understaffed. While you pay for Nordstrom's you are getting the 99 cent store. When initially walking into the locker room the floor was littered with used robes and towels. After going to the sauna they did not have the usual cold towels or water around the area and when I asked the attendant he just said "no sorry". This area around the spa pool was also a mess as well. The actual massage was okay. Upon returning to the locker room for a shower there were even more robes and towels on the floors and I had to search in 4 areas for a clean towel. Wine entering the shower area each stall had dirty / wet towels on the floor. After a similar experience last time I tried to give it one more shot but it appears they are not concerned with the quality of the experience. This was evident by how my views were blown off by the person at the front when I was leaving. I was told I may get a call if they felt there was something wrong. It's a shame the quality has diminished for the Mandalay.
