My husband purchased a $50 gift certificate to this nail salon. By mistake, I let the certificate expire (5/30/14). I went in today, admitted my mistake, apologized, and asked if they would be willing to make an exception. I feel like I was kind and friendly. They refused to make an exception. I asked to speak to a manager and the man told me that she only comes in on Mondays. I admit that the expiration was my fault, but I was very surprised by this poor customer service. My husband paid $50 for that gift certificate. It wasn't like I was trying to use an expired coupon. Reading the reviews on this site, I don't want to go there anyhow! I certainly don't want to be hurried, cut, and assaulted by a nail tech. Looks like this business may not be there much longer. Definitely don't buy a gift certificate!
