This home rental company is a huge scam. They will keep your all your deposit and wi make up random charges that wasnt even necessary. I had advised them in advance regarding maintenance request like loose bolts and scratches on floor before moving in. I had taken photos before move in that the place isnt in tip top shape since it is a very old rental home. Now that I moved out I hired a company to clean the house as well as backyard and front yard but they had to still charge me $300 in cleaning fee and $200 landscaping clean up after I advise them that I already hired someone to clean as well as landscaping. Who charges that much fee anyway, such a scam. Now I have no way on receiving a credit after the fact that I sent all the necessary receipt requested. No one is returning my call and now I cannot get someone to speak to me. This is the worse experience on renting a house here in las vegas and I will be calling better business bu reau regarding all my issues with this company. I am very veru disappointed. After all the terrible reviews I've read still gave them a benefit of a doubt on renting from them. I should have known. Never again! Word of advise. Always take these reviews under consideration before renting a house or an apartment from a business. This is just ridiculous!!!!!
