I'm downgrading this place to three stars because of the price increase that occurred since my last visit 4 months ago. A basic gel polish manicure is now $42 compared to the $35 I paid previously. These fees are so close to spa prices - not a nail bar price. I can go to Gainey Village Spa at pay $40 for a gel manicure and actually get the Spa experience. I will say that the staff was very nice - I actually got offered a drink this time. Apparently they had been serving wine and champagne without a liquor license and got busted but they offer non alcoholic options like teas and infused water. I was unable to schedule an appointment over the phone (no one answered), but they do offer scheduling through Yelp, which I went with as it was my only option, and there was no problem when I showed up to my appointment time. My manicurist, Alla, did a great job on my nails and even suggested the perfect nude color for me. The gel polish color options are great and as mentioned in my previous review, the glitter options are fun, but opting for glitter is an extra fee that I just won't be paying.
