I love living here. We moved in September 2016. The trash valet service is awesome, they spray for free and the maintenance men are nice and fast. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and helpful. Really, after living here I am not interested in buying a house. Haven't even used the 24/7 gym or pool yet, will do when I'm fully recovered. It is also beautiful, right by the preserve. There are bugs, but free pest control with ur rent. Neighbors we have met so far are all very nice. Love the neighborhood. Also very pet friendly with a dog park. We have ferrets, which are allowed.
