I'll just say this: if you by some miracle don't have any issues in the application process and through your time living here (all the way to the end) then this place is great. If there is absolutely anything that could cause them some sort of inconvenience (even something like returning a voicemail???) don't expect them to cater to you. I have literally never received such awful customer service in my life. My fiancé and I never even got to live here. We applied in October, our application was denied for a couple of reasons, and we made our peace with it and tried to move on. We paid a $50 app fee each plus an extra $299 to hold the apartment we wanted. Madison helped us out during this process and she was great and very easy to work with. This made us very excited to live here, especially considering the price was reasonable and the location was perfect. Unfortunately I felt like as soon as the application was denied, she shut down and became almost scared to help us anymore. That wasn't fun. We were told the only thing that wasn't refundable were the app fees. That makes sense. Okay fine. So we confirmed the address and they told us they'd send our check in the mail. I honestly forgot about it until about A MONTH LATER when I realized nothing had come to us. I left 3 or 4 voicemails and when no one called back I decided to stop in in person. I was greeted by someone who made me feel hopeful that my problem was going to be fixed with ease (I can't remember her name, but I believe she is the assistant property manager). She told us she would have the check reissued and sent to the apartments for me to pick up, just in case it got lost in the mail to my place again. She ordered the check on Thursday and said with express shipping it should be in around Tuesday. So Tuesday comes around and no phone call. I decided not to bother calling until a week later. I found the refund check in the mail a week after we were supposed to receive it (except it went to my address and not to the apartments? Where I was not expecting it to be?) So I was very misled and upset but ultimately relieved that finally this could be over with. Until I opened the check. Expecting $299 when I only got about $150. Half of what i was expecting. AND MY NAME IS SPELLED WRONG so I can't even deposit it in the first place!!!!! I called them three times (the first two times went to voicemail and they finally picked up the third) and got some bull excuse about how that's the maximum amount they can refund, and that they would reissue another check with the proper spelling. So, we'll see if my problem ever ends. On top of this, I have several friends who have had issues like this with this same complex. That is absolutely not okay. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time. And. Money.
