I would choose a negative one. Worst customer experience ever. They randomly cancelled my delivery took 10 days to refund my money. In the meantime expected me to pay them again for same item before my item was refunded, which was cancelled due to their mistake! No compensation for their mistake or hours of aggravation they put me through. In addition I had wanted this for my daughters graduation party. Seems like they didn't even care about terrible service.
