Astoundingly rude customer service. I did not even go through with my first appointment due to the unbelievably horrid service and treatment I received over the phone, from literally every person I spoke with. Preposterous really.
Reminder as well as reality check: There are loads of other salons who do not disrespect their customers and which have basic human social skills, Eveline Charles is nothing at all and certainly nothing to have some delusioned false sense of grandeur or whatever it is about - I truly can not comprehend what is going through these peoples minds. I do not not know how they have any customers whatsoever, but they have lost my business.
