I have nothing but good things to say about Indian Springs Village. The office staff are helpful and always friendly. Maintenance requests are usually fulfilled within a day or two. I really don't have any complaints at all. The grounds are kept spotless, landscaping is well-groomed and all-in-all a very reasonable place to live. I looked at many, many apartments and the monthly rent is much lower here than most places. I love the location as well. Right here in the heart of the city yet in a quiet neighborhood just off of Alma School. I really don't put much faith in all of the negative comments. Sometimes people that have a chip on their shoulders about particular complexes, have issues of their own....especially if they're asked to leave (for good reason), pay their rent on time, etc. So, I really don't put much bearing on any of these negative comments. Consider the source. Indian Springs Village: I give them an A+!
