I went in here to get a pair of shoes, and the only size available had been worn and returned. The packaging was damaged. But I was willing to pay if they offered a discount since I needed them. The cashier asked someone if I could get discount and "said" person said no, not until the big manager came back. I'm assuming this other person was a supervisor. But never came out to great me or explain to me why they couldn't give a discount. They didn't even offer when the big boss would be in. So I left. And they lost out in a sale. They need to train their front of the store staff on how exceptional customer service is delivered. I will never shop at a Halloween City again. Go to Spirit Halloween. They are completely professional, with a fully decorated store, and a huge selection. They just don't carry shoes anymore.
