I was not going to leave a review but it has been a few weeks and I still hate my hair. I have not worn it down since I got it cut here and have never been so embarrassed about how it looks. I went into the Salon to get a haircut. The lady was nice and professional but honestly butchered my hair. She gave me the choppiest and most uneven layered cuts I have ever had. Nothing about it looks like it was done by a professional. On top of it all, I left two emails (cause the salon was closed) about 6 hours after my hair cut when I started noticing all the issues with the cut telling them how I did not like it and asking if I could get in to get it fixed. I was completely nice and kind in the email even though I was extremely livid and was so embarrassed I did not want to go to my friends birthday dinner. No one contacted me from the salon which is just poor customer service. Really disappointed and sad because I thought more of this place until now. I want it fixed but have trust issues now because nothing like this has ever happened to my hair before.
