Terrible experience. The people are not professional. I dropped my rental off on a Sunday, they were closed so I had to drop the keys off in the drop box... Immediately following that I realized I left my $200 sunglasses in the car. Since they were closed I was not able to get them out. I tried to call and leave a message but there is no voicemail set up. They was also no email on the website so that I could possibly try and send an email. I was out of town for the next two days and when I was finally able to get a hold of someone they told me they didn't find anything in the car. In other words whatever lowlife who works there found them and decided they were just going to keep them. Even after finally getting a hold
Of the manager he brushed me off and acted as if he didn't even care. Corporate was contacted and they are helping me to resolve this situation.
