Celebrated my God son's 1st birthday here. I'm giving this business 1 star because the concept is pretty cool. Set up is great BUT...
I was very upset because I really wanted to show a slide show that I created to our family and friends. A gentleman was helping me set it up on the TV and then later on said "we don't have this cord to set it up, I then asked what cord it was and went to buy it" once that was done, I was told, we need a different DVD player and the owner is bringing it. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I was told... I don't know where the owner is, he said he's on the way.
Closing time and still no luck on showing my slide show. To them they really didn't care but to us, it was very important.
Once it was time the co-owner came around and just started turning off all the bounce house without announcing it so everyone was in shock hopping their kids weren't still bouncing in them.
Over all for being the co owner of this place you would think customer service would be way better. He was really rude and didn't look like he enjoyed owning the place.
I don't recommend this place for a private party.
