Loved the fact that I got the email with my car and space info 2 hours out from picking up the car. As a Gold member I expect picking up my rental to easy; this was excellent. Car was ready to go except for the need to clear the snow from the windows (hence 4 stars...the snow had already stopped at least half an hour earlier). Quick an easy out the gate with show of my DL. This ease of use could make me rent Hertz more often and the other guys less.
