This is hands-down my favorite bakery in Madison. They are always busy, and their bread and pastries are fantastic in taste, appearance, and value. I usually get a ham and gruyere croissant or a baguette. The ham and gruyere croissants are incredible. They are the best if you catch them when they first come out of the oven. The baguettes are also authentic French baguettes, and I like that they're not too hard on the outside because that can hurt the roof of my mouth. I also once got a box of shorties to bring to work, and they LOVED them.
