Arrived late and stood in line for 1 1/2 hours. Got to our room and it was not the room we got online. It had 2 double beds and the room looked like a dump. They "upgraded" us the next day and it was a little better. This place needs a major upgrade. The TV remote didn't work..needed new batteries. The air didn't work so my husband opened it and it was covered in dust an inch thick. He cleaned it and then it worked. The shower wasn't hot all the time. They gave us a free buffet for the air issue and I am glad we didn't pay $12.99 for it. It was terrible. I do not recommend.
