Wish zero stars was an option. From the huffy attitude when we asked to be moved from where we were initially seated, to the cold and salty food, to the unaccommodating management attitude--this place has all the wrong stuff.
Ordered a breakfast entree and it showed up with essentially liquid, stone-cold eggs as well as cold chile sauce and room-temp chicken. Sent it back only to receive an order with tortillas so heated that they were burned and the allegedly over-easy eggs done rock-solid all the way through. And again the chile sauce was nearly cold, the chicken room temp and in short supply. I was so hungry that I consumed the nastiness only to find that halfway through, everything was already cold.
Now for the best (worst) part.
On receiving the check, the server explained that the entree would be "comped." Well then, al least the management has a conscience, right? Wait. When I inspected the bill, I find TWO charges for my entree. They had actually charged me for both the entree I sent back and then one I ate, and then removed the charge for only one of the entrees. When I brought this to the server's attention, she consulted management, who removed half of the charge for the duplicate entree with the admonishment that this was "the best that we can do."
We're done for good with this mediocre-at-best establishment. The best that we can do is never return.
