Let's start off with the water. It's sub par, but actually better than all the other junk in LV. Drivers - with the exception of one guy, they have all been friendly & nice. Call center for customer service - HORRIFIC. Hold times of 20-45 minutes EACH TIME & then they lie to you telling you they've had a busy period. Yes, a busy period for AN ENTIRE YEAR. It did take me a few months to realize they were lying. They make mistakes ALL the time. I change the number of bottles & it doesn't reflect on my account. They charged me for the bottle holder even though I was told it was free. I got this account from Costco. Not ONE PERSON (I spoke to at least 10 people) told me I could have 8 bottles delivered. They always told me it was either 5 or 10. I'm going off of memory as it's been a while since I closed my account. The point is, they are complete morons over there. I lost a lot of money b/c I kept ordering additional bottles per month b/c 5 wasn't enough & ordering singles costs more than a set plan. I would change the plan to deliver every 4 weeks & it wouldn't stick. Turns out their software is idiotic & automatically switches the customer to 2 weeks whenever you change the amount of bottles you order. Twice the delivery guy never showed up. I've called Costco head office 3 times to complain about Sparkletts & each time they said someone from both Costco & the head office of Sparkletts was going to call me back, but that never happened. When closing my account, they wouldn't let me because there was a balance. I had a friend take my holder & empties so they could be picked up, & no one from Sparkletts ever came by to pick them up (I left the city.) They then claim they came & there was nothing outside, yet my friend says they were gone when he got back from errands. Calling to get my last bill finalized took 2 VERY LONG phone calls & even with all the BS I've gone thru with them, they wouldn't even give me a $5 credit. That's fine, I will NEVER EVER order from this company again. When I needed to get all my invoices as I realized when I was doing my taxes that I never got them from Sparkletts, it took them 45 minutes to call me back. The girls (2 of them) REFUSED to send them to me because I couldn't remember my address. I finally remembered it, but couldn't remember the zip. I had to speak to 2 different managers to get them to give me my invoices when I could have just looked up the zip online. COMPLETE MORONS. When she sent them to me, I didn't get 12, I got duplicates of each month not once, but 3-4 times. I wasted around 30 minutes going through each of them to make sure everything was ok, & I noticed I was billed twice in May, so now I have to hire someone to see if I was ripped off by Sparkletts. This is THE WORST run company I've ever experienced. They hire people with no brains, & they lie. Go onto their FB page & see how many customers complain about the hold times (assuming they haven't deleted them all by the time you look.)
