This brand new sushi spot opened up in south summerlin and I could not be more thrilled with the experience! The atmosphere and decor was welcoming and my father (who I was treating to lunch) was particularly fond of the K Pop music playing on the sound system. The AYCE (all you can eat) sushi menu was pretty impressive and reasonably priced. $19.99 per person for lunch. We ordered SO. MUCH. SUSHI. I usually like the nigiri instead of the rolls, and when I received my order, I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality. The garlic tuna salmon nigiri LITERALLY melts in your mouth. The ikura (raw squid) was tender and not chewy. I could not help but order more of the garlic tuna. It was so good! We also ordered the Japanese lasagna to share and it was perfect. I mean, truly divine. I wish I could remember our server's name because she was so sweet. She was a petite Latina and was running the whole restaurant flawlessly!
