Gawd, where do I begin? I need Jerry Fletcher to contact me, so I can go further into detail about the rude, unprofessional, shotty work done on my car...because services haven't been rendered!! I have even left a message on their "Customer complaint" machine. YES....a machine, no one to talk to live about car repair problems...you have to leave a message. And NO ONE has ever called me back!! Great "customer service"... NOT! I have spent over $1,000 since January on Oil, lube and brakes, micro cabin filter, serpentine belts, and bushings and 2 new tires, alignment...I am driving around on squeaky ass brakes, the bushings are making the same noise as before it was replaced, the incompetent tech has dropped something behind my glove box, that rattles (screwdriver set) there is a bolt that I can hear going back in forth in or under the faring under the windshield every time I take a turn on an incline driveway. I have taken the car back 4 times....and nothing has been repaired properly!!! I am beyond livid!! My Infiniti dealership has since told me I need an alignment! I just got one in March!! Call me Jerry Fletcher, please!!! Russ has my phone number.... Or leave me a Facebook message.
