I just wrote this review, but I didn't save it, so I'm trying again...
What an insane experience! I offered to pay what they offered online for the car ($25k) and asked for $9k for my honda accord with 75,000 miles. I expected to get negotiated down to say $6. Mr. Sales Manager came out and said that in fact they would not negotiate below $28,000 and offered me $1,000 for my trade in. They told me our offers were too far apart.
So if you want a car from them, look at the online price and add $5,000 and ignore the value of your trade in. I would have paid a good price for that car, but I'll pay someone else now.
