I've been going to this location off and on for about 2 years now and I must say for the last 12 months they have fallen off. I went there Friday 9/23/16 around 2 pm. The service was cool and the food was just ok. I ordered a chicken sandwich from the menu with onion rings. There weren't a lot of ppl in there so u expect everything to be on point. My sandwich comes with cheese according to the menu so when it comes out I notice, no cheese. So she asks me do u want me to go get it? I said no take the whole thing, so when she comes back they just laid the cheese on top of the chicken and whatever else was on top of it and didn't even melt the cheese. I took a pic of it and I will attach it. I mean damn I'm not picky but couldn't u at least melt the cheese before it came back to me, looking like a board on top of my sandwich and the chicken wasn't even a good size. This is the only item that I get when I go to BWW and when I first started getting the sandwich the chicken was huge. Now it's like they don't give a damn anymore. Customers do pay attention to small things BWW.
