Drove in from California and experienced problems with AC. I called a few mechanics and all said they couldn't fit me in. Called Imperial Auto and I explained my situation and told me to come right in ..... It was already 5 pm and they close at 6. They took a look and quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. These folks were so darn polite, respectful, and honest. This is about as good as it gets for auto repair ... And made me feel right at home in their air conditioned living room/office with TV. Wish all mechanics were as good .... Integrity means something to this business and it's so great to see that customer service is still a priority for this business. Thank you for resolving my issue guys... Now I can drive back to California with the AC on and not perspire for six hours.
