The coolest place I have ever owned a home. Incredible nightlife and dining scene right out your front door. Quiet, safe, absolutely gorgeous. Yes, we have the typical problems associated with multi-family living. If you don't want to hear or see your neighbors, don't move to a multi-family dwelling. Concierge and security staff are gracious and very responsive. Ignore reviews written by people who have never actually lived here.
