I have been ordering these meals for a few weeks now and I have to say-- I love it!! The food is whole food, not processed and it comes fresh. Packaged up so that you can grab and go.
I was one of those that always said, "I'll cook on Sunday for the week and have everything ready to go"....yeah, that never happened, no matter my intentions.
I have also lost 7 pounds as a result, the meals are calorie and carb portioned and balanced to help me reach my goals.
I think it has saved me money as well, I don't spend on groceries as you don't need to supplement the meals, they are complete and I am not spending money on fast food because I don't feel like cooking.
They have two programs, one for those wanting to lose and one for those that do not need to - the Lean meals are between 250-350 or so and the bulk meals are 500-900 calories. These meals are great for people who live alone and don't like to try to cook for one person.
I am thinking of ordering them for my elderly mother and have them delivered to her house, no cooking and she gets a great meal.
The customer service is awesome and I have never had any issues at all, the staff are attentive and a joy to deal with even when I didn't order on time....they are awesome, super customer service in my opinion.
I give them a two thumbs up!!! I'll update when I reach my goal weight!!
