We just moved to Goodyear and due to the type of oil my car uses, we have to take it to a dealer for the change. Pulled in and was not acknowledged for a couple of mins. Several guys were walking around but no one approached my car for a bit. When they did, they called the guy who my husband has spoken to. He said they'd take the car and be done in under 2 hours. Waited in the waiting area. Note about that area. The upholstered chairs were filthy. Seriously needed to be cleaned. Car was done in just over an hour. Not bad. It all went downhill when I went to pay. Previously, at our old dealer in CA, we'd pay about $40 for the change and tire rotation. So imagine my surprise when they charged me $61! I asked them if there were any deals from their website that I could use. They said no because of the type of oil. I said I'd be willing to pay the difference on the oil and they would not work with me at all. They were not willing to work with me at all. When I went into my car, the sticker said it would need its next oil change in 3k miles. They didn't even bother to change it when I know my oil needs to be changed every 5-7k miles. What a joke. I'll never bring my vehicle here again.
