Haven't been to Katana in a while and wow did they step up their sushi game. It's all you can eat but it's made to order (not buffet style). It was incredibly fresh and I found a new favorite roll that I've never seen anywhere before called the Snow White roll-made with snow crab, avocado and topped with white tuna- so good! AYCE was $23.95 which is a little pricier but for me and my trusty sidekick it was worth it because it was fresher and tastier than we both remembered and it was so close we could walk there. You can also order from some soups and appetizers along with all the sushi but we focused mainly on the sushi. I can't comment on the hibachi or Chinese food since we ate only the sushi.
P.s. they have reasonable prices for bottles of wine too!
