I used this company for apx 2 years and had issues from the very beginning. For apx 6 mos they were charging me the incorrect amount to manage my house. The only reason I didn't change immediately is because the tenant I had in place was very high maintenance and it was a headache to change mid contract. However, this company did absolutely nothing except charge up my home warranty fees on items that were never covered and authorize work without consulting me. Luc the owner and Stephanie were horrible to deal with and they dropped the ball on more than one occasion. Even upon termination of my contract my tenant never was given my contact info and they told me the house was a mess when they moved in. They were told it was cleaned and it never got resolved. My tenant actually had to pay to get the carpets and tile re cleaned. I would strongly recommend never giving this place a dime. I could go on and on about the experiences and lack of professionalism.
