I went through many dentist through out my life.
They all told me I grind my teeth but failed to tell me what I should do.
Last couple of Dentists told me I need a mouth guard without explaining why. I did got one but didn't wear that often because I started having a nightmares about it.
Dr. Lam showed my teeth conditions. I was shocked.
