Some helpful tips for Fiat of Scottsdale: 1-If I hand you a document with a guaranteed price from USAA's car buying service that your dealership agreed to and it's lower than what you expected, don't look visibly disappointed. 2-Read the entire document. It also states the doc fees the dealership agreed to. I'm not paying $300 more than that. 3-Don't look visibly disappointed when I'm pointing this out to you. 4-Don't charge me for the tint you charged the original owner for. I know how to read a CarFax. 5-Never assume that I'm just going to happily fork over my hard earned cash for options like Paint Protection and Maintenance Plans by just slapping them on to the price matter-of-factly. 6-Don't look visibly disappointed when I point that out to you as well. 7- Don't list a car within reasonable market value and then jack it up $3000 over market value with all your add-ons and fees (and that's even before financing!) 8-Don't be surprised when you leave to "talk to your manager" for the 3rd time, we get up and leave. On the plus side, you *did* have enough sense to not follow up with a phone call or email after we abruptly left. You get one star for that.
