Went to see about getting reimbursed for last months cable that we did not use since we signed up with verizon fios. Tried to return the comcast equipment to this store twice earlier that month but store was closed. The comcast employees were very rude and condescending while we remained polite the entire time. Where is your customer service? Will NEVER return to comcast.
