I'm giving Lush a 3/5 based on their products and not the actual instore experience. The customer service instore is actually phenomenal and you never have trouble getting help. They are knowledgeable and try and help you out the best they can. Lush's products on the other hand could use a tune up. Especially for the prices they charge you would think that they could come up with something better in terms of packaging. I have tried their bar shampoos and wasn't too impressed with the results. I do like the R & B for the hair it helps to condition and prevent frizz. The rub rub rub I love but the packaging makes it difficult to maintain in a jar esp if you use it in the shower. The same goes for the shower jellies. I love the smell of them but the jar and consistency make it very tough to use in the shower. The best product by far are their toothy tabs I use it with a little bit of extra toothpaste and my mouth always feels fresh and clean.
