Lotus Cookie is my guilty pleasure and discovering the gelato flavor was absolutely revolutionary to my sweet tooth! Frost is by FAR the best gelato I have EVER had. I don't know how they do it, but from a few conversations with employees, I've discovered they make batches fresh every day. They have seasonal flavors, Lotus Cookie is one of them. I've really enjoyed their strawberry champagne and berry red wine flavors. Honestly, it's hard to choose! Luckily, you can sample every kind you want. There are fresh fruit flavors and also decadent, indulgent flavors. You can also take pints/quarts to go, freshly packed. I took a couple pints once and they weren't as amazing the next day. I think this goes back to the batches being made fresh daily. It's better to have your scoop there...Slow down for a minute and enjoy the flavors!
