My bf booked an apt here for my bday and I received a mani/pedi. My pedicure was great however my manicure was a whole nother story.. First off my shellac cracked on almost all of my nails and I didn't notice till I got in the car and we were almost home ... I mean it was stupid on my part for being so blind but I thought that was rude and shady for letting someone leave knowing you've totally fucked up their whole experience - how do you expect for customers to come back. Spent $100.00 on a shitty salon. Don't get me wrong the water bottles are a great bonus (kudos to them) but seriously focus on the quality and service first then you can worry about the little knick knacks for freebies.. Ugh will not be coming back here.
