Horrible horrible horrible. Sears catalogue is probably the worst business I have ever had to deal with ever. I ordered some baby clothes here because I had a gift card, and when I was asking the woman at the desk a question about the balance on the gift card, she passed me the phone and said to call sears catalogue because she couldn't help me. Hello? Arent you sears catalogue? Standing beside a huge sign that says Sears catalogue. But this store gets a 1 star, because there is one store worse Than this store, if you can believe it... At the Eatons centre. The woman at the desk there swore at me, took 40 minutes to process a simple return and refused to get help when she clearly needed it. That was actually the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a customer service agent. It is clear that Sears is not investing in customer service. If you need to go to a department store, please go to the bay. The service is touch and go but a million times better than sears and at least no body swears at you. Never ever go here. If there are no other stores open on earth, I would still not buy anything here.
