Bruce and Torian are simply the best! They have hauled us out of deep kimchi twice now...and were so nice about it. Really, if you want to rent from a U-Haul that knows what they are doing and treat you with courtesy and respect, then this is the location for you.
Ok, now for the details...We had to rent a trailer to haul a washing machine and dryer to Flagstaff. We knew we had an issue with our trailer wiring and went in early to see if they could fix it. Torian, who was working by himself that day, somehow managed to troubleshoot and fix the problem all while attending to the other customers as they came in. Five Stars? Heck, yes....And then some.
