Overall not bad. The monthly rate is reasonable. Previous reviews stated bugs and rodents so I was sure to place sticky traps on all four corners of our unit. After two years, traps were still clean with a small bug or two but that's a given I would expect. Now to my complaint and the reason for 4 stars. The manager forgot to mention... after you sign your 10 day notice to vacate, the system will show your delinquent if your payment was due (we paid the pro-rated amount when we gave notice). Since their system showed we were past due (even though we weren't), it suspended our entry gate code access, and they put an additional lock on our unit. I was not happy at all, being that this was not explained to me. We had to wait for the office to open to retrieve our belongings. Please be mindful of this and ask questions..
