Didn't really know what to think of bartending school or if someone could really remember almost 100 drinks in 40 hours but Joey made it easy. He made it fun and easy to remember. I got a job the day after I finished the school because I finally knew how to make drinks and be put on the spot when they ask you how to make something and the great thing is, if I ever need a refresher course I can come back anytime and learn it again. everyone is awesome there.
