Zero stars... Terrible customer service from the moment you call....if they even answer, to long wait times to be picked up. I called Wednesday evening 3-8-17, and requested to be picked up at a local restaurant. I was told cab would be there in approximately 10-15 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes, I called again and was informed my driver was minutes away. Waited another 15 minutes and called again. No answer. Continually tried to call but no answer. I then called Executive Taxi and they arrived in 7 minutes. Don't waste your time on Yellow/Checker Cab.
