I got my initial set of lashes and thought all was well... but when I went in for my first fill the technician told me I had a significant amount of loss. Turns out my first technician didn't give me any of the care instructions. She did not tell me to keep the lashes dry for 48 hours, she did not tell me not to use oil-based make up remover, she did not tell me to brush them out... I got no instructions at all. Apparently there was a brochure I was supposed to be given with aftercare instructions. No wonder they all fell out! I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not in, but she would call me later that day. I never received a call. I called back again, and was told the manager was not in but would call me the next day. I still have not received a call back. I tried emailing the corporate office and got an automated response saying to contact the individual location for assistance. I think this customer service is absolutely terrible. I won't be back. There are so many choices out there for eyelash places, I suggest you choose One that actually returns phone calls.
