Steel City Movers has moved me twice and done an excellent job both times. The first time was in 2010, moving me from a 3rd floor walk-up to a house. This could have been a moving horror story; the crew had been booked via one of those sites where people estimate how many movers they need for how long, and the previous customers were not correct. So the crew arrived several hours late, but this wasn't their fault. They communicated with me that they would be late and took 10% off my bill and despite being tired and sweaty, moved everything in under three hours.
Fast forward to my move today, 8 years later, out of the house and into a 2nd floor walk-up with a somewhat treacherous driveway and a long path in. The crew arrived on time, had my house packed up in less than an hour, and met me at the new place. They wisely declined to navigate the dangerous driveway. I thought this would end up being a long and slow move-in, but James, Marshall, and Chris did a great job. I was quoted 5 hours; it took 2.5. Thanks so much for making moving day smooth and easy.
